EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) sounds too good to be true due to the fact that it’s so effective and also fast and easy to use.

EFT is a self-help technique, created in 1995 by Gary Craig, an expert in personal wellness and growth.

He came to the conclusion that our everyday problems (physical and emotional) are negative reactions regards to our past experiences. These reactions are the consequences of strong emotions which were suppressed in past situations.

Those unelaborated emotions are still there and block the free flow of the energy in your body.

BLOCKED ENERGY = LESS USABLE ENERGY = PROBLEMS (MANIFESTATIONS) AT A PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL LEVEL.

 

EFT can be applied to all emotional and physical problems.

EFT releases the blocked energy to flow freely again, just by simply tapping some points along the meridians on the body.

These meridians are the same that are used in chinese medicine. EFT has simplified the process by choosing 1 point at each meridian and just tap on each of them.
